Bottle Shrink Sleeves

Topas® COC also has good printability and, unlike most shrink sleeve polymers, readily separates from PET in recycling. Thanks to the combination of plastics with different density ranges, PET-bottles (d > 1 g/ccm) and printed COC-sleeves (d < 1 g/ccm) can easily be separated by flotation in water with normal processing techniques.
Bottles and Vials for Packaging of Pharmaceuticals

Cable Clip
This cable clip is used to fasten cable trees in transmission tunnels under vehicle floors. The integrally molded snapfit element permits non-detachable, rotation-locked fastening to the vehicle body.
Cable Drum for Window Lifting System
Cable drums fabricated from Hostaform are parts of the drive system for cable-operated window-lifting mechanisms. They are used with both manual and electrical windows. The drums hold the wound cable, the cable ends being hooked into two nipple chambers.
Cable Trough for Control Equipment Box
The cable trough forms the lower part of a control equipment box whose purpose is to protect the electronic engine management system from moisture, heat and cold.
Car Lock
In the VW door lock, a whole series of components are made from Hostaform. The lock housing is moulded from Hostaform C 2521 because this grade possesses adequate toughness, even at temperatures of -40°C.

Blaupunkt often uses the polyacetal, Hostaform, for its car radios. In the "Essen" and "Verona" models, for example, a reflector housing made from Hostaform C 13021 white 22 lies behind the display.

Fan Rotor for Tumple Dryer

Air condensing tumble dryers circulate the air within a closed circuit. The air is first heated in a heater matrix and then passed through the drum by a fan.
Fan Shroud
The shroud encloses the fan of the radiator cooling system at the front of the engine compartment (in this case BMW E38/E39). Integrated in the shroud are a number of transversely mounted aluminium slats, which can be turned by a mechanism.
Fasteners, Diverse
This "adjustable" cable tree fastening system is fixed to the vehicle door sill. Depending on the size of the cable tree, the fixing clip can be engaged in different positions. A supporting element is additionally integrated into the clip system.

Fuel Cell End Plates

Injection-molded end plates made from Ticona’s Fortron® polyphenylene sulfide (PPS) can provide significant cost and weight savings in proton exchange membrane (PEM) fuel cells.
Fuel Gauge Sensor Housing
This fuel gauge sensor is located at the bottom of a saddle tank incorporated above the drive shaft tunnel. It is used to indicate the fuel level. The housing of the fuel gauge sensor provides the thick film resistance needed for the gauge.

Total Containment’s multilayer piping is fabricated to handle gasoline, diesel fuel, liquid petroleum gas and other fuels.  A proprietary additive makes the new Fortron® PPS grade less rigid than traditional PPS, so it can follow sharp curves without cracking.

The unit ensures that the required amount of fuel is reliably pumped under all operating conditions - even at high speed, under strong centrifugal force and irrespective of the fuel level in the tank.

One of the most important components in all ABS braking systems is the sensor used to transmit data on wheel and vehicle speed to the on-board computer. The housings for these electromagnetic devices are fastened onto the end of the wheel hub by pressfit joints.
